Sydne Jacques is an engineer turned CEO and professional speaker; often referred to as the “the engineer with a personality.” Sydne has built a 26 year old, award-winning company with clients around the world. She has created unique learning models and has trained over 12,000 individuals and facilitated team-building for more than 400 different teams. But most of all she is passionate about training and empowering women. She utilizes her Mentoring Spreadsheet to keep her on track and try to help as many women as she can.
Sydne serves on the board of directors for the Associated General Contractors of Utah, the National Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at Brigham Young University and also for the non-profit organization Working Moms Connection. This farm girl from Montana is married to a very patient husband, is the proud mother of four awesome kids and earned a gold medal in the Huntsman Senior Games for Women’s Basketball.
