She is the founder of Futuredemy, a platform for building the capacity of people and businesses for the Future of Work, while leveraging emerging technologies.
She is the CEO of HR Pitch- a company which provides complete Human Resource Management and Career Coaching services to clients across Africa, Europe and North America. Helping professionals to build sustainable and rewarding careers and assisting organizations to develop a highly productive workforce.
In order to raise responsible leaders for global impact, she founded the Leaders in Making Bootcamp (LIMB)- a Leadership and Career Mentoring program for youths and young adults in Africa and beyond. She has successfully raised over 70 emerging leaders with capacity to take on today’s challenges, lead across diverse cultures and drive positive impacts in their respective fields.
Over the years, she has functioned as a Keynote Speaker and Panelist at local and global conferences including; Mistress of Her Divinity Summit for BIPOC Women, Professional Speakers Summit for Women by Women, Women and Businesses - Navigating the challenges, etc.
