Your couch can still be your favorite spot in the house, but you can start using it as a super fancy aerobics step instead of a place to sit with a bag of potato chips. Step aerobics burns 100 calories or more every 10 minutes – that’s a pretty decent work out! Whether you’re at a commercial break or just finished folding a basket of laundry, get up & start a-steppin’ up on that sofa to start feeling the burn and breaking a sweat fast.
